5. Confidentiality undertakings

Where you sign or electronically accept a confidentiality undertaking relating to a listing, that undertaking is a binding agreement separate from, and in addition to, these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or republish site content or listing data;
• use the site to identify confidential practices for any purpose other than a bona fide transaction inquiry;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• submit false or misleading information through our forms.

7. Intellectual property

The Marc Dental Solutions name, logo, and site content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. MLS®, REALTOR®, and related marks are trademarks of CREA.

8. No agency relationship

Using this website, submitting a form, or creating an account does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship. Such relationships are formed only through a written representation agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marc Dental Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

10. Communications

Where you have provided express consent, we may send you commercial electronic messages in compliance with CASL.
